Terms and Conditions
- Telephone and administration work undertaken at hourly rate.
- Minimum contract undertaken: 25 hours.
- Charges are inclusive of inland telephone/fax expenses.
- Purchase of list if required and postage are extra. The list will be for the client's exclusive use and treated with complete confidentiality.
- 50% payment is required prior to commencement of a project based on the estimated amount of hours for the work.
- Instruction to proceed is confirmed by signing and returning a Letter of Instruction outlining the agreed terms of the project, in addition to the initial payment.
- In the event of an ongoing project the balance of the previous month's hours becomes due, together with approximately 50% for following month's work at the beginning of each month. Payments are required to be in place to continue without interruption.
- The corroborating timesheet is sent with each invoice and the outstanding balance becomes due immediately.
