Taking Booking for Seminars and Workshops

Our client was a training company which specialised in presentational skills for sales executives and front of house staff in hotels and leisure clubs.

The Organisers' brief was to source a suitable list of leisure establishments throughout the country and to promote and take bookings for workshops. The nature of the calls naturally required an upbeat and friendly tone and ultimately additional workshops were needed to match the demand for bookings generated by the enthusiastic Organisers' team. Wherever possible, one to one appointments were also made.
