Telephone Surveys & Questionnaire Completion

Our client was a large Housing Association wishing to conduct an extensive survey on the performance of team managers located throughout the country.

The Organisers' brief was to undertake a telephone survey to complete questionnaires and record the responses so that the results could be analysed to improve staff efficiency. Close liaison was required with the client on a daily basis to record all the responses which had been received and to encourage the relevant key contacts to supply the information as swiftly as possible.

A sensitive and tactful approach was essential to gain the confidence of the responders and we were told that the positive and friendly approach adopted by The Organisers' team was responsible for an unprecedented number of responses being received. The client instructed The Organisers to undertake a similar project on two further occasions.
