Referral work for professional firms

We represented an Insolvency Practice wishing to obtain referrals from firms of accountants.

The Insolvency Firm in question wished to acquaint general accountancy practices with the specific nature of their work with a view to inviting cross referrals.

The Organisers were required to source a list of accountancy firms in the agreed geographical areas and establish each relevant decision maker. They also asked a qualifying question to confirm suitability for the next stage which was to enquire if there was an insolvency practitioner in house.

The Organisers liaised with the company on the wording of an introductory letter before embarking on an intensive telephone follow up campaign with a view to setting up face to face appointments for the Insolvency team and raising awareness of the company.

The project was sufficiently successful to be repeated on subsequent occasions for the London office, as well as rolled out to other regional branches.
