Arranging champagne reception on a floating restaurant

Our client, the marketing director of a stylish floating restaurant on the Thames, wanted to boost bookings for their conference and banqueting facilities from nearby companies and remembered from previous experience that The Organisers were the perfect team for the job.

The Organisers then called each company to establish the name and key contact details of the relevant decision maker, usually the events co-ordinator or Marketing Director.

Enticing invitations were devised and sent out by The Organisers and telephone follow ups commenced a few days later to arrange viewing opportunities and a champagne reception.
