Compiling Accurate Data for a Business Directory

Our client was a representative body for local businesses and required all the members' key contact and address details verified for inclusion in their latest Directory.

The Organisers' brief was not only to establish this factual information but to strictly comply with the publishing requirements and deadlines which had been set. As such, The Organisers systematically telephoned each member to check the information which had been provided. Writing skills were also required to obtain and edit a brief description of each company and to proof read thoroughly every entry.

The Organisers ensured that the companies were listed in their appropriate categories and played a key part in producing an authoritative publication for all the member companies. The reward for their efforts was to be asked to undertake the same assignment again the following year.
